Engage your team, or community, in a shared caring experience. Host a kit packing party in support of Help A Girl Out.
Outreach
Join us as we distribute period products to those who need them. Pack our kits and hand them out directly people in shelters, schools, and on the streets.
Sewing Reusable Pads
We are sewing reusable pads that we’ll distribute across Canada to those in need. In order to do this, we need support from sewists who can come together as a community to make comfortable pads.
Drop-off
Help us by dropping our period product kits to the porches of those in need, and passing fabric, along to the volunteers who are working on our 5,000 reusables project.
Host a Workshop
Education is the root of ending period poverty, No matter the age or makeup of the group we’ve got workshops materials that can help end the stigma, and get your community involved.
Host a Drive
Host a product or donation drive in your community. Whether that’s your school, your office, or your place of worship-we thrive on the kindness of communities coming together to support women and girls in need.
